Fanera NFT Terms and Conditions
Introduction:
Welcome to Fanera's NFT feature. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our NFT services for both NFT sellers and buyers. By using our NFT services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Definitions:
Seller: A user who converts their content into an NFT and lists it for sale on Fanera.
Buyer: A user who purchases NFT content from the Fanera platform.
Terms for NFT Sellers:
Content Review and Approval:
Upon submitting content for NFT conversion, Fanera will review the content within 3 days. The review process ensures the content does not breach any copyright, violate any third-party rights, or contain inappropriate material. Content that fails to meet these criteria will remain unpublished.
NFT Badge:
Once content is successfully reviewed and approved, an NFT badge will be placed over the content to indicate its status.
Content Transfer and Ownership:
Approved NFTs will be available on the blockchain. The content will be added to Fanera's wallet until the seller provides their wallet information. Sellers must contact Fanera via the "Contact Us" page or email (info@fanera.co) within 30 days with their account name, content description, and wallet URL for the transfer.
Identity Verification:
Fanera reserves the right to request identity verification to ensure the content is exclusive and the seller is the rightful owner.
Points Allocation:
As long as the content is not purchased, Fanera will place it on the NFT marketplace. Once the NFT is publicly purchased, Fanera will allocate the points indicated during the NFT sell application to the seller’s account.
Content Responsibility:
Fanera is not responsible for any errors in providing content or transferring ownership due to incorrect information provided by the seller.
Terms for NFT Buyers:
Purchase Process:
Buyers can purchase NFT content through the Fanera platform. Once purchased, the content will be transferred to the buyer’s profile.
Content Transfer to Wallet:
Buyers who wish to transfer the NFT to their blockchain wallet must contact Fanera within 30 days with their wallet URL. Transfer requests can be made via the "Contact Us" page or email (info@fanera.co).
Points Deduction:
Upon purchasing an NFT, the necessary points will be deducted from the buyer’s account.
Transfer Responsibility:
Fanera is not liable for any issues or errors during the transfer process due to incorrect wallet information provided by the buyer.
General Terms and Conditions:
Prohibited Content:
Content that is offensive, defamatory, violates privacy, or infringes on intellectual property rights is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability:
Fanera is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the NFT feature, including but not limited to errors in content review, transfer processes, or technical issues.
Indemnification:
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fanera, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from their use of the NFT feature or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
Modification of Terms:
Fanera reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through the platform.
Termination of Service:
Fanera reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the NFT feature for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or harmful activities.
